MOROSX No-Hassle Insurance is our in-house shipping protection program designed to fully manage loss or damage in transit.

If a shipment is confirmed lost or irrecoverable, MOROSX will handle the entire resolution process and re-fulfill the order at no additional cost to the buyer.

This coverage eliminates the need for you to file claims or communicate with the carrier; however, you may still independently file a claim for up to $100 for any items not covered under this program. 

Important Terms

• Coverage is non-refundable, including in the event of loss 
• Applies per individual radio set, including associated peripherals and accessories 

Example Covered Set (per unit)

• 1× Radio 
• 1× Antenna Set 
• 1× Battery 
• 1× Battery Eliminator 
• 1× Charger 
• 1× Data Cable 

If multiple radio sets are ordered, coverage applies proportionally per set.

Process Overview

1. Order ships 
2. Shipment is delayed 
3. Carrier works with the buyer to verify status 
4. Shipment is determined lost and unrecoverable 
5. MOROSX coordinates directly with the carrier 
6. Upon confirmation, MOROSX re-fulfills the order at no additional cost
