IP Mesh Updates

Wireless network cards shipped 5/12/25 for testing in IP mesh units. Once tested, bulk order will be sent for final assembly.

Wireless network cards recieved. Testing will begin. Once testing is complete; bulk order will be sent for final assembly. 

Awaiting all bulk orders to arrive for assembly. Final programming to PTT for testing. A broad range of testing will then commence and results will be posted for those wanting to see various range-specific throughput. 

Finalizing custom soundcard for injecting ROIP into the mesh and full PTT functionality. 

Adding M12 4 pin connector on top of case for Ethernet to EUD hardwire connection. Cable Options will be 4 pin to RJ45 cable and USB-C

• M12 4-pin network data connector designed and implemented. Threaded waterproof connection on radio for secure EUD hardwire connection. 

• Edit: Swapped to 8-pin M12 for gigabit speeds 

• Upgraded MPCIE 3.0
• Custom soundcard hardware testing to commence early next week when new peltors arrive. 
• Range test data will follow. Final polish. 
• PRC-152 Style +Lora radio units finishes this weekend. 

Compiling new updated firmware which supports higher encryption, and a few special additions I'll mention soon.  Designed and now machining a new "brass" PRC battery lock/release button on case. 

Bulk order of custom wireless modules 

Custom wireless modules arrived 💪

Preorders concluded 10/31. When an order is fulfilled an email will be sent providing UPS tracking. 

All Wiring harness and connector assemblies will be completed today; for a batch of 100 units. Will begin finalizing builds on that batch tomorrow. They will be tested and shipped. Once all orders are filled; I will do monthly releases (drops) of 100 units. These units will have no lead-time. 

Firmware updating: Having the MX88 SBC host an RSTP server for easy video stream setup. 

MX88 Firmware now compatible with ATAK TAK ICU Plugin for EDU to EDU [Smartphone camera] video streaming over mesh. (EDU on chest rig mount for body cam streaming)
