Interpretation
Words with capitalized initial letters have defined meanings under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether used in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- Goods refer to items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your Order within 30 days without providing a reason, except for items explicitly marked as non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Products
The following products are not eligible for cancellation or refund, including but not limited to:
Any product labeled “Non-Refundable” in its description is excluded from cancellation and refund rights.
Cancellation Window
The cancellation period expires 30 days from the later of:
- The date the Order is placed, or
- The date You (or a designated third party, excluding the carrier) receive the Goods
Delivery Liability
MOROSX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, including porch piracy.
Customers must pursue claims directly with the shipping carrier and/or local authorities.
For Orders that include MOROSX Shipping Insurance:
- MOROSX will replace Goods that fail to be delivered to the provided address
- This coverage does not apply after confirmed delivery
How to Cancel

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after We receive and inspect the returned Goods.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
- No additional processing fees will be charged
- Refunds apply only to the purchase price of the Goods
- Shipping costs and insurance charges are non-refundable
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Goods must have been delivered within the last 30 days
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Complete with all original contents and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will be refused if:
- The product has been used, modified, or tampered with
- The product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or violation of the Warranty Policy
- The product is missing components or original contents
- The product has been integrated or inseparably combined with other items
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and risk of loss when returning Goods to MOROSX
- Original shipping charges and shipping insurance are non-refundable
- Refunds apply only to the purchase price of the Goods, excluding shipping, insurance, and additional service fees

Shipping Requirements
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured method
- MOROSX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments
- Refunds will not be issued without confirmed receipt of returned Goods
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued upon return
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Requirement
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by MOROSX prior to shipment.

Required Information
- Order number
- Product serial number (if applicable)
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
RMA Validity
- RMAs are valid for 14 days from issuance
- Returned Goods must be shipped within this period
- Expired RMAs require re-approval
RMA Labeling
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Packages without an RMA may be refused
International Returns
For Orders shipped outside the United States:
- You are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees
- Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Customs Requirements
- Returns must be declared as “Returned Goods”
- MOROSX is not responsible for delays, fees, or losses due to incorrect declarations
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to:
- Failure to pay duties/taxes
- Incorrect address provided by You
- Failure to accept delivery
Then:
- All associated costs will be deducted from any refund
- If costs exceed the product value, no refund will be issued
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an Order with MOROSX, You acknowledge and agree to this Return and Refund Policy and all associated terms.
Agreement to Contact First
You agree to contact MOROSX directly to resolve any issue regarding your Order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Invalid Dispute Conditions
Chargebacks may be considered invalid and contested if:
- The Order was successfully delivered
- The customer failed to follow the RMA/return process
- The item is non-refundable
- The issue relates to shipping delays or carrier issues
- The package was stolen after confirmed delivery
- The customer refused delivery or provided incorrect information
Evidence Submission
MOROSX reserves the right to contest disputes using:
- Proof of delivery and tracking confirmation
- Order and payment records
- Customer communications
- Policy acceptance at checkout
Fraudulent or Abusive Disputes
Fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may result in:
- Denial of future Orders
- Account or service restrictions
- Recovery actions for associated costs
Restoration of Balance
If a dispute is resolved in favor of MOROSX, We reserve the right to:
- Re-charge the original payment method (where permitted)
- Invoice the outstanding balance
- Suspend support or warranty services until resolved
